All craft/commercial/food vendors/rummage

All vendors** are required to donate 1 item per event from their inventory for our raffle (minimum value $25.00). All items will be raffled off at Fallon Armed Forces Day. Please attach yr business card.
Donation items are due at check in NO EXCEPTIONS !
Vendors who do not donate an item for the raffle will not be allowed to set up or invited back to future events sponsored by Fallon Community Events. **Rummage sale vendors are not required to donate a raffle item.
All vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs., & pop-ups if needed. Set up time is at 7AM. All vendors must be open for business at start time of event. May not tear down early. We are getting way to many complaints of vendors leaving early

Food Vendors: Required to obtain a health permit and insurance, must name the Fallon Community Events as additionally insured. Inside food vendors must have prepackaged foods only. There is no cooking inside the building.
Your spot is only secured after payment has been made. Once payment has been made, no refunds or credits for future events will be given,
Direct sales vendors (Scentsy, Avon, Color Street, etc) that are restricted to have only one representative at each event. First application with payment gets the space. If we receive duplicates of same direct sale vendors, payments will be refunded.
